Eligibility for Returns
We accept defective product returns, damaged item returns, and wrong product replacements under our return policy. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you can raise a return request within 7 days of delivery. To help us verify your claim, please share photos or videos as proof through our official email or WhatsApp support channel.
Please note that all return requests will undergo quality inspection before approval. The product must be in unused condition, with all original packaging, tags, and invoices included. Custom-made items are non-returnable unless a clear manufacturing or printing error is proven on our side.
Custom Product Return Policy
Our custom product return policy is designed to handle rare cases of printing mistakes or quality defects. Since custom and personalized products (such as T-shirts, mugs, phone cases, etc.) are made as per your chosen designs or uploaded images, they are generally non-refundable and non-returnable. However, if the issue is caused by an error from our end—such as incorrect print placement, poor print quality, or delivery of a completely wrong item—we will replace the product at no cost.
This ensures that every customer receives fair resolution support without compromising the integrity of custom manufacturing.

Personalized or customized items (T-shirts, mugs, phone cases, hoodies, etc.) created using your uploaded artwork.
Items returned without prior approval from our customer support team.
Products showing signs of use, modification, or damage caused after delivery.

Product Refund Process
Our product refund process is quick, transparent, and customer-friendly. Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it for possible defects, damages, or mismatches with your original order. After verification, we’ll notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Refund timelines may vary depending on your payment provider and bank policies. Replacement Policy
Nirjag offers a replacement policy for eligible orders where defects or wrong deliveries are confirmed. Once validated, a replacement product will be shipped at no additional cost. Replacements are subject to stock availability and are usually processed within a few working days after quality approval.
This service allows you to receive the correct or defect-free product without waiting for extensive refund procedures. We value your trust and make sure that genuine issues are resolved quickly and professionally.
Return Shipping
For all eligible claims—such as defective, damaged, or incorrect products—Nirjag will cover the return shipping cost. However, in cases of incorrect sizing, change of mind, or inaccurate personal details provided by the customer, the return shipping fees will be borne by the buyer.
You are requested to pack the product carefully to avoid any transit damage. After approval, our team will share the pickup or courier instructions as per the most convenient process for you.
